Real estate investors who actively source or track deals, are located anywhere in the United States, and are available for a 45-minute video conversation in January 2026:
Private Real Estate Investors: You own 5-10 rental properties or are actively pursuing your first/early investments. Primarily residential or small multifamily.
Professional Investors: You own 10+ properties, operate small funds, or manage multifamily portfolios. You likely use spreadsheets or paid data tools.
Brokers/Agents: You're a licensed broker or agent who invests personally, or regularly advises investor clients on property evaluation.
Homeowners: You're evaluating your first purchase, primarily focused on market value and pricing validation.
